The whole experience was very very good. We loved this nicely appointed hotel; its efficient breakfasts, non-smoking rooms. Its location was central, a few steps away from Minskoff Theatre. The restaurant was nice, and the staff amazingly helpful.

I have stayed here before now, it's still a relaxing hotel. Every detail was cool, including staff and service, I appreciated how fairly clean the venue was. Bed was quiet, and the room itself was good. Based in a local area. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from a 9.6-acre public park.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The breakfast was awesome and offered lots of items. A short walk to the nice beach. With simple check-in and fast check-out, this property was beautifully restored.

Everything was exceptional! The staff was happy, the room was well appointed and the beds were soft. Breakfast was surprisingly good - lots of meals - toast, tea, yogurt, coffee and muffins. The smooth check-in process too.

The facilities were fairly clean and the staff DELIGHTFUL. In general the service was efficient too. As I remember free WiFi was available throughout the property. The location was unbelievable, at walking distance from a 70th-floor open-air observation deck. The restaurant here was unique.
